Help us make sure every member of our Lincoln Crossing staff feels seen and appreciated this year!

Our teachers pour so much into their students and deserve every bit of the recognition they receive. But it takes an entire village to care for our kids—and many of the people in that village work quietly behind the scenes.

Mr. Dave cleans the bathrooms each morning. Mr. Paul vacuums every classroom at night. Ms. Sandra may not work with your child in speech, but she helps make sure they can cross the street safely at the end of the day. From custodians and campus supervisors to aides, specialists, office staff, and so many others, their work helps make Lincoln Crossing a safe, welcoming place for every student.

These staff members may not work directly with your child every day, but the work they do still has a positive impact on your student’s school experience.

It would be nearly impossible for any one family to celebrate every teacher and staff member who contributes to their child’s learning and well-being. But together, we can make sure each of these important support staff members feels seen, valued, and appreciated.

If you would like to participate, choose a staff member for your family to “adopt” and plan to celebrate them at least twice during the school year. Each staff member may be adopted by up to three families.

Want to get a little crazy? Step outside the box and adopt someone your family doesn’t even know—yet! You might be surprised by how special a brand-new connection can become.

How you celebrate is completely up to you! A thoughtful note or student-drawn picture can be just as meaningful as a favorite treat or small gift—but if going delightfully over-the-top is your family’s love language, you’re welcome to be as extra as you’d like!

After signing up, you’ll receive a special introduction to your adopted staff member, including a short bio, their Staff Favorites, ideas to help you get started, and suggestions of possible dates to celebrate your chosen staff member.
